Refund Policy

At ClearCore Plastics LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality acrylic products and ensuring customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.


1. Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund:

  • You must request a refund within 7 days of delivery
  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided

We reserve the right to deny refunds that do not meet these conditions.


2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Custom-cut or made-to-order acrylic sheets
  • Used, damaged, or altered items not due to our error
  • Clearance or final sale items

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide photos or evidence of the issue

After review, we will offer a replacement, refund, or partial refund, depending on the situation.


4. Return Requirement

In most cases, refunds require the item to be returned. We will provide return instructions after your request is approved.

Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.


5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is due to our error (defective or incorrect item)
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

6. Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.


7. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund.

After this period, orders may already be processed or shipped and cannot be canceled.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider
  3. Contact your bank
