Returns & Exchanges Policy

At ClearCore Plastics LLC, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. This Returns & Exchanges Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds may be accepted.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

• The request is made within 7 days of delivery
• The item is unused and in its original condition
• The item is returned in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Custom-cut or made-to-order acrylic sheets
• Used, damaged, or altered items not due to our error
• Clearance or final sale items

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged during transit, or incorrect.

If you need an exchange, please contact us with photos of the issue. Once approved, we will provide instructions for the replacement process.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact us at plastics@clearcoreplastics.com within 7 days of receiving your order
2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. Wait for return authorization and instructions

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Processing time: 5–10 business days

We may offer a replacement instead of a refund depending on the situation.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will investigate the issue and provide a suitable resolution, including replacement or refund where applicable.

8. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may already be processed or shipped and cannot be canceled.
